or The Pleasure of Your Company Is Requested
My friends, I've begun a new blog. It's not a gardening blog, though gardens will often be mentioned. It's more of a contemplative blog about roots and branches and lives that “leap greenly” but unfold slowly. I hope you'll enjoy The Stories of Trees. (The blog also has a Facebook page, which I invite you to Like.) They are not adventure stories. Trees are not adventurers.
But oh, what lives they live.
Hi Stacy, I'm glad to see you returning and I hope you are well. Your Microcosm blog was always so beautifully written and deeply thought provoking.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sunil -- I'm glad to be back among friends. It's good to have a place to write and share again.
DeleteHello Stacy, I will look forward to your new blog. You write beautifully and do not need to apologize, whether so inclined or not!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! What lovely encouragement--I really appreciate it.
DeleteHi Stacy, I will forgive you for not having a gardening blog in my delight at you having a blog of lovely words I can follow! Am off to sign up... xxx
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm so glad you saw this, Janet. I'd been thinking of leaving a comment on Plantaliscious saying something like, "Oh, by the way, I have a new blog, don't you know," but somehow it seemed to self-serving and squirmy making. Thanks for joining me at the new digs! xxx
Delete*too* ::cough::
DeleteStacy, What a treat to notice a post from Microcosm at the bottom of my Feedly feed! I'm only embarrassed that it took me more than 2 weeks to notice it was there. I am so looking forward to reading your new blog. I'm adding Excursions to my feed right now so I don't let another post slip by unnoticed. Welcome back! -Jean
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jean! Speaking from experience, two weeks is but a blip on a Feedly feed... I'm so pleased that your interested in Excursions!
